The answer isn’t always doing what we are told! We need to behave with an “intelligently disobedient mindset.” The term Intelligent Disobedience comes from the world of Seeing Eye Dogs. In training these service pets, Intelligent Disobedience is defined as: ‘a concept where any service animal trained to help a disabled person goes directly against their owner’s instructions in an effort to make a better decision.’ In the world of business leadership, the concept is similar; the leader should not always follow instructions if business and personal success is to be achieved.
Join Bob McGannon, PMP, MPC, the Principal and Co-founder of Mindavation on 01FEB 9:30 AM Australia/Sydney, when he leads an exploration of Intelligent Disobedience and how you can apply this successful technique in your world. In this presentation, attendees will:
